I wouldn't even give it 1 star if I didn't have to. The doctor was condescending and was rushing me. The nurse told me they don't like to inform about certain defects or issues because "most" times its not serious (that should be my decision on whether I want it's seriousness to be investigated.) they said my baby might have something wrong with his nose and I just had an ultrasound with my OB and a private ultrasound where his nose was perfectly fine. From the moment I entered the clinic, the receptionist was courteous, Nurse D was highly attentive, and Dr. Howard was a pleasure to interact with.
Always answer the phone and any questions you have. Very caring and kind people.
Surprised to see so many bad reviews, went here for my anatomy scan and growth scan and had positive experiences with both. Everyone was nice and within 15mins of being checked in I was already being seen, the ultrasound tech was also very nice wish I remembered her name but she got plenty pictures of my baby’s face lol
