I was referred here from TPMG to get a specific procedure done. My first time calling was actually fine, scheduling from the referral was painless. 4 hours after I scheduled, I got a call from a nurse to call back. I immediately returned the call, only to be told by someone at the front desk: "Um, no one here said they called you. We have 3 locations, I can't just transfer you." I wouldn't even give it 1 star if I didn't have to. The doctor was condescending and was rushing me. The nurse told me they don't like to inform about certain defects or issues because "most" times its not serious (that should be my decision on whether I want it's seriousness to be investigated.) they said my baby might have something wrong with his nose and I just had an ultrasound with my OB and a private ultrasound where his nose was perfectly fine. From the moment I entered the clinic, the receptionist was courteous, Nurse D was highly attentive, and Dr. Howard was a pleasure to interact with.
