I know for a fact this company is NOT a scam. I have used them for over two weeks now. Chris is my point guy here in Nevada and he's exceeded expectations. How you judge a company is not when things always go right but if something happens how do they fix it or make up for any inconvenience. There was a small hiccup but Chris was on top of things and jmit leaves a breath of fresh air to know that you are taken care of and not just a dollar sign. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Worse rideshare rental company out here. Especially here in Vegas. Christopher is very unprofessional. Doesn’t care about his drivers. But will make you think you can reach out or contact him but he will not answer. He will not be of any assistance. Then the guy who answers their customer service line very rude. Rented from these people for a year one day my car's engine blew come to find out that model that they gave me there's a recall on it for a defect. They gave me a replacement car under protest and even kept charging me even though the first car wasn't even working. Paid for a full two days for the replacement car and then the car quit on me.
