Had used EV for several jobs, no issues. The last job was a disappointment. Our walkway was completed beautifully, but the steps to the driveway started sinking and a wall piece cracked in the winter after only 5 months of installation. The wall piece was eventually fixed, but the steps never were and they kept sinking more and more. Months passed and EV still never came by to honor their work and fix the job. We wound up finding a different, but reliable, company who was able to fix the mistake quickly and efficiently.
I had a job recently completed by this company, (done quickly and seamlessly-may I add), and because it took less time then originally estimated, they reduced the price?!?! This is a clear representation of the integrity and honesty of the owner and I have NEVER had that happen before. The price was fair, the work outstanding but to have this occur when going to pay the balance was a pleasant surprise. I cant recommend them enough. Thank you JUAN and I look forward to working with you on future projects.
They do a great job, show up consistently every week and are reasonable. We have been super happy with them.
