Staff are terrible. 2 minutes after buying some jewellry, my partner mentioned she already had a similar item. I asked for a refund - and they refused!! Im fairly sure this is against ACCC. Not only that, they were very rude at the same time, and dismissive. Never again will I visit this store, and i warn future customers to beware of their policies re: refunds and returns.
Evita Jewellery (Brunswick) were fantastic in helping me find my new Citizen watch. Great customer service and reasonably priced. I'll be buying my next watch from this business. 5 stars!
Had original engagement ring (including a heirloom recycled for metal and gems) and wedding bands made. Everything was handled with up most care, attention to detail, and great communication to result in the perfect matching pieces for both of us - all at a very reasonable price.
This was the best customer service I have had in a long time, along with the knowledge and quality service required, what a pleasant surprise! Thank you MITCH what an amazing job you did on repairs the required items and you were very professional. I can’t recommend this store enough - You are made to feel welcome and service is quick and a good price. I live in the CBD and been trying to find a decent place for months until today ☺️ definitely pop into this store, cheers Mitch!
