Went there on Sunday, worst customer service I have ever received. Sales consultant was rude. In my opinion I find the sales signs in the shop to be diseaving and when I ask the consultant to explain the advertised sale she got her back up and become very very rude. If I could give No stars I would of. Wake up and listen to your customers and don't dismiss their enquiries.
I had the best experience with Evita today, I was hoping to have a sentimental necklace repaired in person as the clasp had broken, after being told by every jeweller they could either send it away or were unable to help I felt extremely defeated. Cue me asking the lovely young woman with dark brown hair behind the counter if they were able to help, she immediately jumped up, offered to charge my phone whilst I waited and in less than 2minutes my chain was sparkly and looking brand new. I was walking past today at 11 am and my 2 year old started to have a tantrum just outside the store as 2 year olds do. The lady inside the store shouted out ‘oh shut up:’ when I looked over at her, her face was shocked that I had heard my mum said loud enough for her to hear ‘is she talking to us?’ I gave her the benefit of the doubt and said ‘oh surely not’ .. Kind staff & great service, repaired my necklace quickly. Thank you very much
Very poor customer service. I met a very rude and unprofessional staff. Also, my necklace broke twice, poor quality. When I went in to get it fixed the lady was again very rude, saying I must have pulled the necklace, when that wasn’t the case. Absolutely disgusting service and poor quality products. I do not recommend this shop, do yourself a favour and keep away. Definitely zero stars.
