Everything was so "high end", I was very surprised when trying to watch TV at night was such a fight. logging into any online services that I subscribe to wouldn't work (as stated in their brochure after you check in). aside from that, the staff was 5 star. the food was 5 star - awesome chef!. The experience to the top and bottom of the falls was unexplainable. scary, but breathtaking! Bring proper hiking shoes. I fought the trails a lot going in loose slip on shoes and sandals. Attended a weekend wedding along with about 70 people. Service was amazing, food was great, very friendly and accommodating staff. They cater to groups as well as single accommodation. Highly recommend this place.
