Le escribí al vendedor con un video, me dijo que puede ser la bateria, que la prenda con un jumper y la lleve. They failed at something simple. I bought a Himalayan 450 on October 10th 2025. It didn't have the owners manual. They promised me the owners manual but haven't delivered. I stayed in contact with them but they eventually stopped responding to my messaging. If I can't trust them with an owners manual how can I trust them with repairs? It's almost February 2026 and no owners manual. I've been very patient and didn't post this negative review until January 25th 2026. I think I waited long enough.

Tienen un gran problema. No saben atender al público. Yo fui hoy s preguntar por un casco y el empleado que me atendió no tenía mucho conocimiento. Le fue a preguntar a una mujer que estaba atendiendo a un cliente y hasta que no terminará no me podía contestar una pregunta sencilla que deseaba hacer. Mucha música, piso brilloso, motoras lindas pero no me pudieron atender.
