Had a great experience at Evi Controllers!
Still have yet to speak to or hear from any company representative, it been 2 months since I have to receive an update on my order. This Evil Controller company has awful customer service etiquette. If this is how they usually conduct themselves, how much effort are they putting into the product they are selling. Wondering if it's even worth it.
Made several attempts to contact with no avail. Scheduled several phone appointments with no response. Sent multiple emails with no response.
Todo pesimo, el control no anda bien, los botones custom estan todos como trabados, lo peor es que lo pedi para que llegue a Argentina y devolverlo es imposible, ni 1 minimo de QA tiene el producto, no compren
It is very difficult to incontact with someone from this establishment. I've made appointments via phone in which is suggested but I have yet receive a call. There have also been attempts to communicate through email(since 12/02/23). First time using this company and this isn't service that I was expecting to receive.
