I've been a customer of Evil Controllers since 2017. My first product was a one handed(righty) PS4 controller that was generously gifted to me by a couple friends. Excellent product, but rocky customer service back then. I'm happy to report that has changed drastically and Aaron Edwards has been a huge part in that positive change. We ordered a controller for my child. I didn't know how long production would take so I emailed them and got a response. It arrived shortly afterwards but there was an issue that we wanted repaired immediately. We had shipment covered. The controller has arrived and my child is very happy with it. This is not a brand new company. Emails do get a response. I appreciate how I created a video and customer service did watch it.
