Extremely rude and nasty. I had made a few calls throughout the week (3) trying to get a quote for some work on my vehicle, but never got a call answered. I called today, finally getting somebody to answer, but only to be met with a stern, “Hello? You called this number all week, cut it out”, and got hung up on.
