We had a great experience buying our new home through Emma and Jonathan. Both are incredibly warm, genuine and have been really lovely to deal with from the very beginning. Dena Kibblewhite was well organised in every way from the start of the process of marketing and selling our house. There was never any doubt about the next step and everything fell into place as she said it would. Thank you Dena
Rhian was great to work with as made the process of getting my place ready for rent easy. Through and professional in her work. Was able to find a great tenant for my home. Thank you Rhian for your dedication.
Element Estate agent has been fantastic for us with our rental property. Rhian and Jade are total professionals and have great experience. We changed over from another place in Cranbourne, who were terrible. Now, Element say they’ll look after everything and they actually do. We would definitely recommend using Element, give Rhian a call. Kendall & Stef
We were extremely happy with Jonathan's ethical, professional and personal approach. Early on in the process he offered carefully considered and measured advice and guidance regarding preparation for the sale. He was very approachable and communication was clear and comprehensive throughout. When it came to negotiations his experience and calm and professional attitude were outstanding. Our experience of this inherently stressful process was a positive one thanks to Jonathan and his team.
