Charger would not release at when I stopped charging. Phone call to call centre was not helpful aftercmaking several suggestions such as locking and unlocking door. Was told at 6pm in the dark to contact my vehicle dealership! Resorted to google and rhankfully found a suggestion about alleviating cord weight on the charger nosil. This finally worked after great stress. Very much underwhelmed and unimpressed.
Poor software. Had to wait 20 minutes to get this working.
Best charge station I’ve ever used. Easy and quick no issues. When set up automatic payment in the apps will just need to plug in and plug out when finished.
Excellent location and speed !!!
Found it easy on one occasion the other I had to call them for it to be reset
