Nightmare at absolutely critical point along the Hume. These chargers have for months been know to have faults and still nothing has been done about it. This is a critical location with almost no options either direction on the Hume for many EVs, meaning for many it a must-stop. We needed only 12 mins of charge to make it to our destination and were very kindly let in before someone who needed more, but even at that point there were four other cars waiting. 12:02pm 14/1/2025 I Had to wait 25 minutes because a car was left plugged in 20 minutes after reaching 100%. The other charger wasn’t working. Please introduce an idle fee: once fully charged, give drivers 10 minutes to move their car.
