I went through the trouble of signing up for a study through this company and connecting my health record to see if I was eligible. The system said I was eligible, and I get a email confirmation saying that I am. Then, all of a sudden I get an email the next day telling me I'm not. I'm concerned that they might be using my health data for some other purposes, and it seems kind of shady. I would exercise caution if you decide to do a study with this company.

Update (Aug 16): I did eventually hear back from the study team and they quickly escalated the case and made good on the compensation. Kudos to the team for delivering and recognizing what good customer service is. My faith is restored with Evidation Health July: While there might be parts at Evidation Health that are good, my recent experience should be a caution for anyone involving themselves with Evidation. While there might be parts at Evidation Health that are good, my recent experience should be a caution for anyone involving themselves with Evidation. It's a long story, but will keep it short. I recent signed up and completed a study (Cardiac Risk Factors Study) that spanned a month. I completed all steps and requirements of the study. As instructed, I sent the study equipment back (via Fedex) to Evidation and as fortune would have it, its been stuck at a Fedex processing facility for over a month.
