Waste of time/scam for people who use Evidation to earn points to redeem for money. They collect data from users on an app and sell it for profit, I believe Users get points to redeem for cash. The app is no longer functional as of (at least) two weeks ago and will not allow users to redeem.their points for cash. They do not seem to have customer support. If you have this app and points you cannot redeem them. Stop giving your health data away.
Does not properly screen candidates
I went through the trouble of signing up for a study through this company and connecting my health record to see if I was eligible. The system said I was eligible, and I get a email confirmation saying that I am. Then, all of a sudden I get an email the next day telling me I'm not. I'm concerned that they might be using my health data for some other purposes, and it seems kind of shady. I would exercise caution if you decide to do a study with this company.

Update (Aug 16): I did eventually hear back from the study team and they quickly escalated the case and made good on the compensation. Kudos to the team for delivering and recognizing what good customer service is.
