He won the non payment of rent case for me by negotiating a reduction in owed rent. But left me no follow up steps or timeline to actually collect on the court order. Tenants left in this time and now I have no serving address to convert to a small claims file to try to garnish wages. So now I cannot collect and I spent an additional $3000 paying the lawyer, so I'm out that amount too. He was often not very responsive and I had to keep following up. Not happy with having to - "cut my losses" and move on.
I am very happy with the outcome of the Virtual Hearing that took place on August 17th, 2026. Ajay did a very good job in communicating with me and the tenant and was very informative. He really made a great effort to evict the tenant. He always makes himself available to answer questions and goes out of his way to help with any problems. I would highly recommend Ajay to anyone in my situation.
