How desperate is our healthcare system, when the Insurance Companies (3rd party), hire another, less competent 3rd party company, to "manage" care that should be between a provider and the patient. How did we ever get here?
Not sure how this company doesn't have a class action suit against them. They have a bunch of idiots who have no medical experience working for them and making decisions costing people's lives. After repeated denials for a PET scan my husband's cancer had matastisized and now is on hospice.
