My husband and I went on Hajj 2019. Mahshalla everything was so good. We had the best experience with Evia Travel. The arrangements were out of expectation, especially the food, it was like you were eating from a five-star hotel, and the air conditioning in the Mina Tent worked so well, it was very cold. My wife and I went for Haj in 2019 with Evia Travel as a VIP Deluxe client. IT WAS A BIG MISTAKE! The 5 days of Haj Manasiks or rituals were very poorly managed. The small tent in Mina was over crowded with 75 to 80 people - stuffed in like a chicken-coop, the sofa beds were worn out and useless, no storage to keep over backpacks/carry-ons, it was very hot and the ACs were not working, and the food was below the acceptable standards.
