I went here because the app said there was a charger. I figured out it’s on the second level. Then it wouldn’t charge. I called customer service. They said the unit unit is under maintenance.

These chargers are located on the second floor of the Harmons parking garage. Not even worth the time to download the app and get signed up since none of them even work.

Sadly the experience for EVGo was not great for me. I've used Chargepoint stations before and they're much more simple. First off, it will require you to download the app and create an account in order to use their services. For me this is obnoxious especially when I just want to charge and go. Why does it matter that I have an account?
