Horrible. Neither charger worked when I was there desperately needing to charge my MachE (4:30 pm July 30 2025). And I was charged session fees multiple times for the failed attempts. Don’t use this place. Nearly Electrify America (near a Walmart store just a few miles away) is perfect for charging MachE.

Charger cords will not remain in holsters so you cannot pull close to the chargers. Autocharge worked this time -- yay!! Fast charging but left early as a courtesy to another driver who was unable to activate the other charger at this location. We both tried to initiate charge on her vehicle by autocharge, app and credit card -- unsuccessfully.

One charger dropped our car and ended the charging session repeatedly. The other charger was slow at 90 Kw

As it's always the case with EVgo chargers, only half of them will work. If you are lucky and then only about 30% of the time, will those charges be empty for you to use as soon as you arrive if you are super lucky. The charger that was working its quad was just lying on the ground. customer support is not really helpful because all they'll say is yeah the machine is down and you'll have to wait for the other car to finish or go and find a different charger.
