One charger dropped our car and ended the charging session repeatedly. The other charger was slow at 90 Kw
As it's always the case with EVgo chargers, only half of them will work. If you are lucky and then only about 30% of the time, will those charges be empty for you to use as soon as you arrive if you are super lucky. The charger that was working its quad was just lying on the ground. customer support is not really helpful because all they'll say is yeah the machine is down and you'll have to wait for the other car to finish or go and find a different charger. Neither of the chargers were operational at of 5/1/25
Chargers do not work properly don’t waste your time!!! Go to the Walmart down the street!
EVGo needs to go. They cannot keep their machine running and you will be left stranded if you rely on them.
