I think that Ownership needs to fix three chargers.
If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Today, our the charging port got stuck in out vehicle due to a broken button. We were on the phone with customer service who repeatedly refused our requests for an in person technician. This was after 1 hour of trying to release the charger port. They then told us it would take 2-4h for someone to arrive. Terrible customer service. TLDR: Do not ever charge at this location
