I recently visited the EVgo fast charging station at Vizcaya Square Shopping Center in Plantation, Florida, to charge my hybrid Mercedes GLC. The station is conveniently located at 975 N Nob Hill Rd, Plantation, FL 33324, and is open 24 hours a day .   The station features a single 50 kW DC fast charger compatible with both CCS and CHAdeMO connectors. Only one charging unit available. Charged at 50kw. Payment card reader was inop. Tried to charge via the app again it would not start charging. I had to call the help line. After a 15 minute hold I was able to talk with an agent who was able to reset the charger and start charging.
Cord is cut off the charge pro.
Car didn't charge at all. We tried 3 different stations and got charged for nothing.
