Need more chargers at the location. There is only 1 EVGo in Alabama. The others in the state are associated with EVgo and are not associated with the car benefit program I had when I purchased my car. Thus I have to pay in full at the other charging stations when I travel out of Birmingham. Here There are 4 super chargers but many times 2 are not working. Only two pumps work and the others time out when trying to connect.
I've charged by Chevy Bolt here multiple times, but not today. Lots of out of service chargers.
