This location, the charging machine, was not working. You have to call the number listed on the charging port. I tried to download the app as suggested, and then a popup came up that I didn't know was a popup that charged my card, which I had my bank block. This is horrible.
These four chargers have not worked for over two years. the last one finally went out about 4 months ago. I have reported it several time's and they always say they are waiting on parts. I would say its time to replace them or just close the island.
Both charges are not working. Seems not maitained. Don't wast your time
