Charging was fine eventually, but there was a yoyo at the start (see video). No wait at the charger, and I went grocery shopping while it charged.
The disabled chargers are decoys. The functional chargers are around the side of the building.
Although app says that all stations are up and running, none of them are.
There is no way to find out if a station is out of order unless we plug-ins and try to run the credit card. When a port is not available, it should display so we don't waste time
