The disabled chargers are decoys. The functional chargers are around the side of the building.
Although app says that all stations are up and running, none of them are.
There is no way to find out if a station is out of order unless we plug-ins and try to run the credit card. When a port is not available, it should display so we don't waste time
Most of the CCS plugs would not work for our '22 Bolt, only 1 of the chargers showing an "out of order" onscreen.
