I wish I could've given negative stars. Their session fees is $2.99, not sure why. Very poor infrastructure, recently I went for charging, the station shows offline on the mobile app but was showing online physically. I used my debit card to pay, on a 340kw machine it charged at 20kw. Really frustrating. The only reason they are surviving is because they have partnership with vehicle vendors where customers get free charge for certain dollar amount when they buy a certain brand EV (like me).
Never works. Continuous connectivity issues. Customer service advice nearly cooked my dog in the car. They are THE reason for poor EV adoption. Evaluating legal action Update: still most chargers are not working. Shite service!
Only 2 chargers working others are broken.
