EVgo couldn't offer a worse service if they tried. Got to a charger and the CCS wasn't working. I have never pulled over to an EVgo charger and start immediately, there is always an issue.
3/4 is broken. New low even for evgo.
PURE TRASH! I was forced to download the app since the other charges were broken(ccs cords were cut and gone) and the only available one would not take a payment without scanning RFID. It required a RFID code after connecting so I downloaded the app only for it to say unable to start charger. I tried 5 times. They don't maintain these items and no one is coming to check the quality. Earlier, I had used the other chargers at Durant Square and was annoyed because this is a rental.
