Tell me why, for years, the reviews have been calling out the fact that there’s often only ever one, or rarely at least two, out of four chargers working and yet nothing has been done to fix this issue for good? As of right now, all of the chargers are out of order.

This EV charger was frustrating to use. First, it's hard to find since it's not clearly marked and tucked away in the back. Then, I had trouble using the app as a guest—kept getting error codes, and when I finally got it to work, I stepped away only to return and find that it had stopped charging due to another error. Eventually, I had to create an account for it to work properly. On top of that, it's an extremely slow charger, taking hours to get even a small charge. When I arrived, 1 of 4 far chargers were working. A technician was working to repair them though. 10m into my charging session, the last one failed and wouldn't restart, so now none of the chargers work.
