I came here once on a reservation and I couldn't charge b/c an ICE truck was in my reserved spot. Ugh. Evgo did refund my "missed reservation" charge since people are discourteous and clearly trying to get under EV drivers' skin. Second experience, someone ripped off the cap to my charging port. This was not "wind" or anything else, this was 100% vandalism by a person, those things aren't just made of flimsy knitting yarn. This isn't the greatest area and I'd avoid it if you can. Yesterday was not my first time charging my car by a public charging station so I know the pricing and everything I can say is that this charging station is a rip off I literally charged from 11% to 25% and it costed $55 this is highway robbery. I ones went somewhere else to charge from 20% to 100% for only $50 so I would not recommend anyone to go there!!!
These chargers used to be incredibly fast and efficient, but for the past month, they’ve been extremely slow. It’s not fast charging at all that .
A month now and only 1 of 4 EVgo works!!
