I am very disappointed with this charging station. This was my first time using EVgo, and I did not expect such a frustrating experience. First, the tap-to-pay feature repeatedly failed and refused to accept my payment method, even though there were no issues with the card itself. After multiple attempts, I finally got it to recognize the payment, only to be met with repeated error messages telling me to unplug the charger from my car—despite everything being connected properly. This charging station is terrible. It is advertised as a fast charger yet I was only getting 60kw and it took well over an hour to fully charge my car. IT was over $40 to charge from from 20% to 60% . Do not go here. Also most of the chargers don't work. If i could get a refund I would
