If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. 90% of the time I come here, one of the charging stations is down, which is such an inconvenience for customers. And why are there only two charging stations to begin with? If one is out of order and the other is already being used, I’m stuck waiting and wasting my time. This has happened way too many times and has become incredibly frustrating. The charging stations need to be maintained and available, especially when there are already so few of them.
It's located in the garage past Macy's. Level A, Aisle 6.
