*respond to Owner* Oh, I've reported this issue several times, the Reps do not care. And only a few will "put in a ticket to have a technician sent out". Over 8 months later still nothing done, they won't even have an "error" or "out of order" sign so people don't waste their time. Both chargers for ChadeMo and CCS are working, level 2 is not operational. Located next to the nail salon.
Neither charger worked. The screen and credit card readers are messed up.
