They often fail to work and you have to wait on hold for a long time to get customer service to reset the stations. An hour charge takes an hour and a half to do as a result

As of 6/26 only one charger is working. “Slim” on the left is working and “Lacey” on the right shows an error code when you connect your vehicle. These chargers are frequently out of order. So unreliable.
One CSS working. 2 Tesla Chargers working. Screen has broken right corner (blacked out).
