Easy to find right off Old Keene Mill Rd. at the Old Keene Mill Shopping Center. Plenty of shops and restaurants to kill time while charging. Successfully charged 40kWh in 34 mins for roughly 71 kW per hour. Not bad. Grabbed a bite at District Taco. No issues with the chargers at 930 am on Sunday but .58/kWh so not great but not terrible for off peak. All four were available and appeared online.
After “reopening” their “150KW Fast” chargers are capped at 69KW. Who is going to sue EVGo for false advertising?
It took 30 minutes working with their customer support to get it to start charging.
I rented an electric car for just a few days and so wanted to use the pay-as-you-go option, swiping my credit card at the charging station. There are four stations here. The first one read my card but then said there was an error charging. The next two stations that were available wouldn't read my credit card. I had to call the 800 number and they remotely billed my card and started the charging. I wasted 20-30 minutes on all that before I could even begin charging.
