Never had issues with charging
Worst customer service I ever seen in my life
This charging station has become increasingly unreliable. Right now, half of their chargers are not working and yet some of them are showing up as if they are working. Customer service is aware that there are chargers labeled as working that are not working and has not fixed the problem. It is understandable to have technical difficulties. It is not understandable to not take the five minutes necessary to mark in the system that the charger is not working.
