Not a fan of slow chargers, but with no other options nearby, this location is a blessing! You don't want to climb up Sequoia road less than a 100% juiced up!
They're great but people need to stop leaving their cars parked here for 4 hours, give others the chance to charge!
For me it was hard to find, goto the 2nd floor. It was about the best charger i could find in Visalia.
