The right side of badar does not work but is listed as online. Luna is offline so there’s only two chargers working. It’s bad enough that so many are down so often but when they aren’t even listed correctly and you drive all the way there it’s very frustrating. Please do better.

I initiated 2 charging sessions and I couldn't charge but the system still hold 55 dollars twice from my account via apple pay, 55$ for each session = 110$. When I call support they say sometimes they take several days to return the money. That's definitely like a scam. How is it fair to hold my 55$ for each session meanwhile you don't return the money asap when session is not initiated. Possuem 3 bases...1 base com 350kw (envia até 120kw)super rápida para eles e outras 2 bases de 150 kw (envia max 80kw). Se chegar cedo, consegue carregar o seu carro. Os preços são bons no 1⁰ horário. $0,34 / kwh, após às 8AM, $0,54 e após 11AM, $0,64.
