Always one broken , and someone at the other one . They haven’t fixed the broken one in 4 months
Only one of the two chargers was functional, and I had to wait for it. When I first connected, it wouldn't charge, and it wouldn't let me disconnect without ending the unstarted charge session. When I called for tech support, they answered quickly, but only after waiting for the automation to give its needlessly protracted recitation. The first tech was civil, but ultimately unhelpful. This is at a good location right off of the Gulf freeway. It would be nice if they maintain these and both of them were working. When we got there only one of them was working and it was being used so we had to wait. There's a 50 amp charger here so the wait is not too long.
