Tried to use it today before turning in my rental car. No clear instructions on order of operations for plugging in to payment, payment method was not working, called the phone number for assistance and still was not able to charge. Whenever I get an EV rental I will be avoiding ANY EVgo locations.
Used on a weekday at 12 noon short wait.......But there is only 1 charger available.
