Used to be great but still good. A few quick notes though. Have had a couple sessions not start right away and the last time completely unenrolled my ProMax plan and made me have to resign up early (an extra $12.99!). Support did not have the power to fix my issue so they escalated my ticket to another team. Also the Merrill B-side charger handle looks like the charging cable adapter cover popped off and may be unsafe to use. Please advise. Previous Review: Works great. Plug and play on GM vehicles.

right as i pulled up, someone had parked in the EV charger spot and wasnt even charging, just sitting there on thier phone. genuinely annoying but once they left the process was super smooth. the charger connected instantly and gave me a really good speed, I don't think I waited more than 20 minutes for a decent charge. it was easy to navigate the whole thing from the app too, that payment method i had set up from before worked perfectly. honestly if it wasnt for that one car I would call it a nearly perfect stop, I'll defin... read more
