right as i pulled up, someone had parked in the EV charger spot and wasnt even charging, just sitting there on thier phone. genuinely annoying but once they left the process was super smooth. the charger connected instantly and gave me a really good speed, I don't think I waited more than 20 minutes for a decent charge. it was easy to navigate the whole thing from the app too, that payment method i had set up from before worked perfectly. honestly if it wasnt for that one car I would call it a nearly perfect stop, I'll defin... read more
I plugged my car in and it took a solid 45 seconds before it even started charging which is REALLY annoying when you just want to get going and plus the app kept saying error this is like the third time this has happened here so what exactly am I paying for every time I pull up it says charger unavailable but then a guy next to me gets it working with the same cable after borrowing my credit card thing to cover I guess that was my spot and somebody had unhooked it somehow or something WORST charging station ever I drove to t... read more
