I went to an EVgo station, plugged my vehicle in, it showed me that my car was being charged and I am sharing electricity with another customer. I left, came back 1 hour later, finding out my vehicle was not charged. I checked and saw even though my vehicle didn't charge, the money was taken out. It had charged the person's session onto my account.
