We're in the learning curve with our new EV. We started out with level 2 and EVgo was our first level 3 experience. Some suggestions for other users. Don't depend on paying with app until at least 24 hours after signing up. I changed chargers and then started to figure out that my app payment hadn't gone through yet. No big problem because we used a credit card under the guest tab. But the screen says that you pay more that way. Overall though, we were still 5 star satisfied with the service. First, thank you for cleaning up the mess and making your equipment more user friendly at the Hempstead location. I have several items in my complaint. I was charges $55 on my credit card for 100 miles which is way too high, My EVgo card did not work while I was advised that my account still existed. My receipt was not texted to my cell phone.
