Has been broken for a months.
These chargers are no longer in operation don’t waste your time
Not working. Don't waist your time. If you call them they will tell you it's in service. Same answer for years. I know that there is other chargers 10 miles away, but I wanted to do shopping at this mall while my car is charging. You people are unbelievable.
Do not even try... These stalls NEVER work. Gurnee Mall should have these remove and install seriuos chargers, that's a shame for a mall this size. Update 4/28: Calling EVgo support doesn't help anything. They will just apologize to you and tell you they are under maintenance (has been an year!)
