Super expensive, $20 tax
Stop making people download an app for everything! The charger has a slot for credit cards but it will not allow you to pay via credit card, and you instead need to create an account with EVgo, go through the entire process of setting up the account and loading money onto your account, and only then can you use the charger (not to mention, the app’s UI is terrible) Editing my review to add: I complain about having to download the app to use the charger, and your solution is “report it via the app”?
