Nice & safe parking lot. Library near so you dont have to wait in the car.
I have to say having any other EV than Tesla is not a good idea with such small amount if chargers, have to wait for an hour to get a spot, the chargers are slow even the ones at 350kW due to most cars unable to take up all that charge without what Tesla calls preconditions the battery for the fast charge. Also their prices are ourragours, one may wonder if a gas car is better to have even with high gas prices, as .66 is insane. Most Tesla Superchargers charge from .16 to .45 in my area.
