Leased an EV with an EVgo incentive free charging for 1 year. EVgo maintenance at this location (near my home) has been poor. All three chargers at this location have been down for a month since May 2025.
This is the closest charging station near where I’m staying and it’s been down for 2 days. This is unacceptable and leaves me doubting if I even want to use EVGo. I wouldn’t recommend them.
Always busy and fast chargers has been out of order for weeks. Always a long wait to charge also all taxis take over these charging stations.
Atleast one charger is always broken. EVGo doesn't do a good job with maintenance or repair.
First off they deduct $55 automatically, then it starts with $3.65, and the kw is no more the. 43 RIDICULOUS!!! EXPENSIVELY ,expensive for no damn reason. I'll stick to Applegreen. More reasonable, more fast, more reliable. Evgo needs to goooooo !!!
