EVgo needs to improve the charging experience. While the vehicle is charging, the app does not show useful real-time details such as energy delivered (kWh), charging speed, estimated cost, or battery progress. The only information displayed is that the vehicle is charging, and the session details only appear after charging is completed. In addition, the price is extremely high. There are only two chargers available here, and one of them is out of service. Despite calling customer service multiple times, it has taken months for the issue to be resolved. Consequently, you must wait for the next person to finish charging their car. If you leave for even a minute, someone will be there when you return, and another hour will have passed. I suggest you pack your patience and a lunch, as EV life can test every one of your nerves 😂
