EVGo seems beyond incompetent. Poor GM…what a horse to tie your carriage to. Mostly no charging due to system error issues - just a persistent and common theme for them. Incapable customer service all of the time. They could hardly try less. Drive by, save your time, look for ChargePoint. You can expect a completely different (better) experience, consistently. Nearest one is just down at Marketplace. Short drive.
