EV go charging station doesn't have the courtesy to notifie the customer on the screen that the charging station is not in service but they charge you a $5 connection fee . This has happen to me 7 times . Tha software needs to be revamped to notifie the customer before connected
I followed all of the instructions, downloaded the app, setup an account, verified my contact and payment info, but the station itself wouldn't let me charge the car. I called customer service, and they redeemed the company for me. They were super helpful, and the car charged while we went grocery shopping. Great location to charge while running errands.
