Great charge but long wait with only 2 electrify pumps
They don't have enough stations and sometimes some are out of order. Every time I went there from out of town, it was packed and a long wait.
My experience at the Electrify America station at Desert Hills Premium Outlets was extremely frustrating. There are only 4 stalls, and 2 were occupied by cars that had finished charging more than 20 minutes earlier with no drivers in sight. With no designated area to queue, several of us were left circling and waiting with nowhere to go. When I finally plugged in my Nissan Ariya, the charger delivered only about 20 kW, far below the 130+ kW speeds I consistently get at other EA locations.
