Waiting time was not too bad. Staff and Dr were very knowledgeable and helpful
The physician arrived late but apologized. Overall, the doctor’s care is what matters most to me, and he is very good. However, the staff experience needs improvement. The scheduler, Luis (I may have the name wrong), was not welcoming and came across as condescending/ unwelcoming. After my initial intake, I became briefly confused about where to go next and went to his desk to ask.
