Wish I could give zero stars! This station worked for me ONE time, I put a credit on the app thinking I would use it again. Have tried several times and it is out of service or “reduced charging speed” to only 6, which is NOTHING. Or will start at a speed of 135 which lasts for about two minutes then drops to a speed of 6. Don’t waste your time.
Both spots to charge blocked by employees
Credit card tap is broken, app needed to sign up, but station would not initiate a charge. Multiple holds placed by EV Gateway have not been released yet. Also, one of the “EV” spots is designated as handicap only and had an employee vehicle parked. Very difficult to access charger due to this.
Could not read credit cards. No app
